We are seeking a highly organised individual to join as an Executive Assistant to work alongside our experienced team and support the Partners and contribute to the running of the firm.
The Person
Prior experience is not essential, but you will be a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual with excellent communication skills. You will have strong organisational and time-management skills; attention to detail and problem-solving ability; excellent written and verbal communication and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have the ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.
Prior experience in a similar role or within professional services is not essential for this role but is preferred. You are looking to join a collaborative and professional team within a growing firm.
The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and organisational support to the Partners, alongside the experienced Executive Assistants already with the firm, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and excellent client service. This is a key role requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partners and senior management
- Maintain statutory company records for clients and support with the documentation required for statutory changes
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and client documentation
- Maintain confidential records, filing systems and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic financial administration
- Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal communications and support office operations
- Day to day office maintenance and management
