Due to expansion an exciting new position is available with this small friendly Global Logistics Provider, the location is Ashford, Surrey TW15 OR there is the option to work at their Essex facility, CM8). The opportunity is for an Inside Sales Freight Co-ordinator and the successful candidate should have a freight, shipping or logistics industry background, with good commercial awareness, excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written), must be confident with Word/Excel, database management knowledge and good numeracy & literacy ability. Team work is an essential part of the role as will be working alongside ops and sales. Post probation there will be a hybrid option of 1 or 2 days WFH, once training is completed.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales colleague to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business from both inbound leads and re-engaging lapsed accounts.
The ideal candidate will have Inside sales or ops experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or transport services, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
