£13.79 per hour + Enhanced weekend OT available during busy periods.
We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative/Step up Team Leader/Step up Supervisor to join a busy site in DIRFT.
This is a multi skilled role, combining: warehouse duties, team leading and administration.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Unloading and loading
* Palletising goods, wrapping, banding etc.
* Acting as a step up Team leader in the absence of the Supervisor
* Distributing workload across the team
* Liaising with customers via email, phone call and teams calls
* Raising orders on the system
* Other supporting duties
To be considered you will have:
* Previous warehouse operative experience
* Previous leadership experience
* Be computer literate and have experience using different WMS'
* Be a confident communicator via phone call, emails and on teams calls.
* Be a natural problem solver
