Site-based | Permanent (temp considered) Circa £65,000
If you’re tired of being the person who’s chasing information, firefighting poor planning, and inheriting messy installs — this is the role where you own a defined electrical package, run it properly, and deliver it clean.
You’ll be based on a live data centre project for Ark Data Centres, leading on-site delivery for your work package: safety, quality, programme, documentation, and subcontractor performance.
What you’ll do

Own day-to-day site delivery for your electrical works package — safety, quality, and output
*
Lead supervision and coordination of site teams and subcontractors, driving performance and standards
*
Implement and monitor quality control procedures, feeding back issues and improvements early
*
Manage H&S, quality, environmental risks — identify them, log them, control them
*
Keep the job moving: attend site meetings, report progress, maintain lookaheads and site records
*
Control materials: take-offs, selection, procurement coordination, storage, and availability on site
*
Review drawings/designs and give practical install input to improve buildability and reduce rework
*
Maintain tight site documentation: photos, issue logs, risk registers, diaries, snag lists, checklists
*
Run inductions, daily briefs and toolbox talks, ensuring site welfare and security are maintained xsngvjr
What you’ll need
*
NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Construction or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
*
SSSTS (or equivalent)
*
IOSH Supervising Safely
*
Relevant CSCS card
*
First Aid at Work
*
Proven experience supervising packages of similar size, value and complexity
*
Strong leadership and stakeholder management — you can coordinate, challenge and close actions
*
Full UK driving licence
