In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you will help power iconic electric cars. You will work alongside technicians and leaders to drive our commitment to shape a future we truly believe in, together. WHAT TO EXPECT
* You will own shift performance reporting, monitor live operational delivery and take decisive action to protect SQDCPE targets while ensuring safe, on‑time, right‑first‑time production.
* You will lead, coach and develop Process and Team Leaders, providing visible shop‑floor leadership to support Launch, Run at Rate and the delivery of safety, quality and productivity objectives.
* You will drive robust problem solving, cost control and quality improvement, champion continuous improvement and constraint management, and ensure full compliance with GMS, QOS and Safety Operating Systems across all production phases.
* You will implement company policies relating to workforce, pay and benefits with consistency, accuracy and compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Proven leadership experience in high‑volume or complex manufacturing environments.
* Strong understanding of production processes, safety systems and operational performance management.
* Excellent problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making capability.
* Experience in manpower planning, team development and shift‑based operations.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. IPS, PDCA, CCAR).
