We are partnered with an established player in the insurance sector who is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with a flair for content creation and campaign coordination to help shape and deliver strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, broker relations, and sales growth. This hands-on position involves content creation across multiple channels, managing digital platforms, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role can be based in Essex or London. The successful candidate will be involved in: Developing compelling marketing content tailored to digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Coordinating and execute marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, tracking outcomes and providing insights. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support events, product launches, and strategic initiatives. Overseeing the planning and scheduling of social media content, responding to engagement and managing community interaction. Delivering regular analysis of marketing activity, providing clear reports on campaign performance, audience reach, and engagement. Researching market trends and competitor activity to inform content direction and brand positioning. Contributing to the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance tracking. Assisting in the ongoing development of broker relationships through communications, marketing support and brand materials. Managing updates to digital platforms such as the company website and social channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Participating in the planning and delivery of special marketing projects, such as influencer engagement or brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in marketing, branding or digital communications. Ideally some industry experience within the insurance sector. Confident and creative copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing competing deadlines. Proficiency with marketing design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent. Experience using CRM systems, email marketing tools and analytical platforms. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other digital channels for B2B engagement. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and commercial awareness. Comfortable presenting ideas, reports and campaign results to internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients and partners.
