Whats the role?
Technical Account Managers deliver exceptional service and support to our content partners and customers to ensure Bloomberg is the platform of choice for content distribution. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality data for the Mutual Funds and ETP product, focusing on improving coverage, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of funds data. The team maintains and ensures the quality of the funds dataset, including pricing, dividends, reference data, corporate actions, documents, and regulatory data. Your role involves developing expertise in your market, building relationships with fund houses, custodians, administrators, exchanges, and third-party content partners to establish sustainable data pipelines, educate on data dissemination best practices, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain a comprehensive profile of all funds on Bloomberg.
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications include:
* Bachelors degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent experience
* At least 2 years of relevant experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proven relationship management skills
* Effective project management skills
* Problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term solutions
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Desire for continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications:
* Masters degree or certifications like CFA or CAIA
* Experience in customer service or client management
* Experience with international business groups and clients
* Knowledge of IT and statistical analysis, programming (Excel, SQL, Python)
