We are looking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated Junior Sous Chef, who has real enthusiasm and passion for locally sourced quality food. As a member of our team, you will love all things food & want to be part of a kitchen team that works together to design & innovate exciting dishes.
Personal Specification:
* Have previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen where as much as possible is made in house
* You will have a calm attitude under pressure.
* Be a creative influence in the business.
* Have a huge passion for food and the industry.
* Enjoy being a strong team player, facilitating a great relationship with all back and front of house members.
* Be a strong 2nd, who the other members can look up to and learn from.
* A knowledgeable chef who takes pride in producing quality fresh food, and ensure consistently high standards throughout the kitchen.
