Mansion Property Management is a well-established and growing UK-based business specialising in the acquisition, refurbishment, and management of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). As we continue to scale our portfolio, we are looking for talented Project Managers to join our expanding Project Management team.
The Role
This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of refurbishment projects across our PBSA portfolio.
You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-acquisition due diligence through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting due diligence during the pre-acquisition phase
* Developing project briefs and specifications
* Managing procurement processes and contract documentation
* Coordinating and managing external consultants and contractors
* Supporting the delivery of refurbishment (CapEx) projects across multiple sites
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope
About You
We are looking for a commercially aware Project Manager with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, and experience in operational real estate environments.
You will ideally have client-side or consultancy project management experience and have exposure to PBSA or similar sectors such as:
* Build-to-Rent (BTR) / Residential
* Hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments)
* Care or retirement living
* Mixed-use commercial property
You should be able to demonstrate:
* Experience working with operational residential or service-led assets
* Multi-site or portfolio-level project exposure
* Strong stakeholder management, particularly with contractors and consultants
* An understanding of customer/resident experience
* Experience delivering refurbishment or CapEx projects
* A focus on driving operational efficiencies
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
* Strong project planning and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Excellent written and verbal communication
