This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership forapprentice programs and dietetic placements across the Trust, ensuring asupportive learning environment, and excellent learning experience.You willplay a key role in shaping the future dietetic workforce by leading placementquality initiatives, coordinating safe and inclusive learning environments,supervising and assessing learners, and acting as the central point ofexpertise for dietetic apprentice and student education within the service.Thispost is ideal for an experienced clinician with a strong interest in education,quality improvement, and workforce development.We are a supportive, forwardthinking department committed to high quality patient care and education andprovide opportunities for leadership development, CPD opportunities andflexible working to support staff wellbeing

Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent.
* Evidence of relevant masters level qualifications or equivalent experience.
* HCPC registration.
* BDA membership.
Experience
* Committed to personal and professional development.
* Attendance at Clinical Supervisory skills course or equivalent.
* Attendance at Leadership skills course.
* Attendance at nationally recognised communication skills course.
