Purpose of Role: To lead the delivery of Weir’s global finance transformation, enabling Finance to become a trusted business partner through the implementation of data-driven leadership, streamlined processes, and integrated systems. The Project Manager will drive cross-functional collaboration and execution across key transformation pillars including data, technology, governance, and capability development. Key Responsibilities: Drive the project management of the global finance transformation programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable improvements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Drive action across workstreams, ensuring dependencies are clearly mapped, tracked, and resolved to maintain momentum and accountability. Strong understanding and practical application of SAFe Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering value in scaled agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes. We are Weir!
