Location: Remote-based with learner observations in West and East Sussex
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus

As a Personal Tutor, you will plan, and deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and learning experiences, keeping the learners and employers in mind, adapting your delivery through a variety of different methods to suit the needs of the learners or employer, and providing feedback accordingly to continue to deliver an outstanding experience to all.
Key Responsibilities
. Motivate and encourage learners to progress and achieve their Early Years qualifications through outstanding teaching and learning
. Retain learners and employers by delivering consistent great levels of service in line with our core values in order to shape your tomorrow, today
. Support the learning process through use of accessible learning resources, Elevate workshops and facilitating workplace on the job training as required
. Plan engaging, interactive and inspiring teaching and learning sessions through a variety of methods, ensuring active learning is present and recorded
. Provide impactful and constructive feedback where required, ensuring all documentation is completely accurately and in timely manner
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and experience:
. Strong background in education (e.g. qualified teacher, SENCO, HLTA, or senior schoolbased role)
. Practical experience supporting learners in classroom settings, including SEND, SEMH, EAL, or literacy
. Experience working in schools, Early Years settings, or specialist environments
. Experience delivering blended learning (online and facetoface)
. Ability to support practice, portfolio development, and learner progress reviews
. Understanding of apprenticeship delivery, including KSBs mapping and EPA requirements
. Degree in education, SEND, or a relevant subject area
. Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd) or equivalent experience
. SEND qualification
. Assessor Qualification: Minimum Level 3 (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
. Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or Teaching Assistant
. competency with extensive experience in the Early Years sector or as a teaching assistant
. Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
. Familiarity with End-Point Assessments (EPA)
. Ability to manage own caseload
. Access to a car and able to travel to conduct learner observations
