Engineer
Reporting to: Engineering Manager
Role Overview:
Support engineering design from land appraisal through to construction and adoption. Supervise site works, liaise with statutory bodies, and ensure developments meet technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with early infrastructure delivery (services, foundations, diversions).
* Ensure compliance with Technical Approvals and statutory specifications.
* Oversee progress of roads, sewers, and streetlights to adoption.
* Provide technical support to construction teams.
* Support tender processes with Technical and Commercial teams.
* Maintain up-to-date records in document management systems.
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Organised, detail-oriented, and innovative.
* Able to manage competing priorities.
* A strong team player with clear communication skills.
* Confident with stakeholders at all levels.
* Construction-related qualification preferred.
