Salary: £27,000 - 27,000 per year Requirements: Prior experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk role Skills in repairing/supporting IT equipment and hardware Working knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems Experience with EPOS systems and related hardware (advantageous but not essential) Logical thinking and strong work ethic Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Effective prioritisation and communication abilities Self-motivated and collaborative Willingness to provide out of hours support on a team rota basis Responsibilities: Provide remote IT Helpdesk Support to customers via phone, email, and chat Perform hardware diagnostics and repair returned hardware Test and configure bespoke software solutions Liaise with suppliers to manage stock and oversee shipping, dispatch, and logistics Support and maintain EPOS systems and related hardware as needed Technologies: Android CRM Hardware Support Windows More: We are an established and expanding IT solutions business located in Derby.
