Address customer questions and resolve any concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Support operational tasks within the warehouse, including order fulfilment, stock management, and processing deliveries. What We're Looking For Background in a customer service, retail, or trade counter role. Experience dealing with telephone-based queries is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, motivated, and proactive approach to work. Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
