We are seeking a passionate and forward:thinking Design and Technology Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive school community from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed professional to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 in a well:equipped and forward:thinking school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high:quality, engaging DT lessons for KS3 and KS4 that meet the needs of all learners.
* Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment regularly.
* Maintain a safe, productive, and well:organised learning environment, including workshop and practical areas.
* Support students in developing practical skills, creativity, problem:solving, and critical thinking.
* Prepare students effectively for internal and external assessments (e.g., GCSE Design and Technology).
* Engage with parents and carers to communicate student progress and encourage positive outcomes.

* QTS (or equivalent) and relevant teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
