As part of our mobile team in Cardiff and Wales, you’ll play a key role in delivering our professional, customer-focused service to a variety of clients. What You’ll Do As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll be a visible presence at client sites, helping to ensure a safe, fair, and well-managed parking experience. Your responsibilities will include: Issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles breaching site rules Patrolling client car parks and private land following British Parking Association guidelines Providing support to members of the public and advising on appeals processes Monitoring and reporting on signage, bay markings, and potential site improvements Travelling between multiple locations and managing your own route and coverage Representing Intelli-Park professionally and positively at all times Who You Are You don’t need experience — just a great attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training and kit you need to succeed.
