About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at, where our focus is always on delivering the highest quality service. As a Care Assistant, you’ll take responsibility for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals, as well as supporting general activities within the home. You’ll provide care that truly comes from the heart — ensuring residents never lose their dignity or individuality. Whether you’re helping someone with limited mobility to use an aid, offering comfort to a resident who is distressed, or providing compassionate end-of-life care, you’ll always put their wellbeing first.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care activities including washing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals
* Support general activities within the home to promote residents well‑being and quality of life
* Provide care that respects dignity and individuality
* Offer comfort and practical support to residents, including those with limited mobility
* Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care where needed
* Recognise safeguarding concerns and know how to act; attend safeguarding training and undertake related training as required

Requirements
* Applicants must already have the full right to work in the UK; we cannot offer sponsorship or accept time‑limited visa holders
* Willingness to participate in safeguarding training and related development
* Able to use technology and digital care planning; willing to learn as the role evolves
