Full Time, Permanent, Residential Care Support Worker, Cambridge

Location: Commutable from Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, Letchworth Garden City, and Buntingford

* Competitive Pay: Earn between £12.37 - £13.49 per hour.
* Full Time 40 Hours per week or Part-Time Hours minimum of 24 Hours per week
* Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy full-time or flexible part-time shifts, including weekend-only options.
* Comprehensive Training: No experience necessary! We provide full training and fund your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a 4-weekly rota pattern, averaging 40 hours per week.
* Paid DBS Check: We cover the cost of your DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care, including washing and preparing for bed.
* Ensure good bedtime routines and monitor sleeping patterns.
* Conduct regular checks throughout the night.
* Address any medical needs promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain a safe environment for children and colleagues.
* Accurately record information and complete administrative tasks.
