Assistant Store Manager
Location: Gunwharf Quays Outlet
The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop-in-Shops across 21 European countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and proud to represent the spirit of our global brand.

What You’ll Do:
* Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
* Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
* Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
* Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
* Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech
You’ll Need to Have:
* Experience as an ASM in a high-volume retail setting
* Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape
* Fluency in English
* Additional language is a plus
