We are currently recruiting for an experienced Culinary Director to lead the kitchen operation of a high-end, boutique event catering business based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior chef with a background in luxury events, premium catering, or high-end hospitality, looking to move into a role offering strong leadership responsibility alongside improved work-life balance.
The role:
• Oversee all culinary operations across the business
• Lead, develop, and manage the kitchen team
• Deliver exceptional standards across a range of high-end events
• Work closely with clients to create bespoke menus and experiences
• Ensure consistency, organisation, and commercial performance
The candidate:
• Proven experience as a Culinary Director, Executive Chef, or Senior Head Chef
• Background in high-end catering, events, or luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Confident working with premium clients
• Commercially aware with a hands-on approach
Package:
• Salary circa £85,000
• Performance-based bonus and incentives
