Refrigeration Improver Location: London (covering surrounding areas) Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm We’re recruiting for a motivated Refrigeration Improver to join a growing commercial engineering business working across London and the surrounding areas. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll support the delivery of maintenance, servicing, and repair works across pubs, bars, restaurants, and other commercial environments. The Role * Assist experienced engineers with planned and reactive maintenance * Support servicing and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems * Work on small refrigeration equipment including cellar cooling and under-counter units * Attend breakdowns and help diagnose faults across commercial sites * Complete job reports and maintain high service standards * Travel across a manageable patch covering West London, Slough, and surrounding areas * Learn industry best practices, compliance standards, and fault-finding techniques What’s on Offer ...
