Your new role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping pupils ovee barriers to learning and flourish within the classroom. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff, you’ll support children with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Prior experience working with SEND pupils (school-based or similar setting)
2. Patience, empathy, and resilience
3. Understanding of inclusive practices and safeguarding
4. Relevant TA qualifications
