Working within a dynamic Claims function that is passionate about innovating and improving what we do for our customers. Leading a virtual, hybrid squad consisting of members from Customer Function CI and Claims Function CI, collaborating and sharing knowledge to optimise digital transformation. As a Claims Continuous Improvement Consultant, you will use your skills to enhance the pace of claims digital adoption by optimizing and/or implementing a wide range of digital technologies such as eNOL, Hub, voice bots, chat bots, and AI. Objectives include reducing human intervention, improving operational efficiencies, and increasing adoption rates for digital claims processes. All the while being mindful of our customers and protecting indemnity spend. Please note this vacancy can be filled in Eastleigh, Gloucester or Bournemouth. Main as Responsibilities as Claims Continuous Improvement Consultant (Digital Strategy): Apply systemic thinking to identify and remove failure demand, improve processes and develop the Claims Digital Strategy. Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Claims Digital Strategy, which involves leading initiatives, creating and maintaining governance, change management plans and leading the delivery of objectives. Prioritising activity backlog and Co-ordinating sprint blocks (planning, execution, review, retros). Provide change management support to internal stakeholders for identified projects and change, developing sponsorship models, developing, facilitating and implementing plans, monitoring implementation and tracking the impact of change. Lead and contribute to the planning, prioritisation and facilitation of delivery of the Claims Digital Strategy. Provide effective internal and external communications and provide timely feedback to the Claims Continuous Improvement Manager and other non Claims stakeholders. Ensure compliance across all records, in line with company procedures and ensure fair treatment of customers. Skills and experience you need as Claims Continuous Improvement Consultant (Digital Strategy): Knowledge of and expertise in digitisation, automation and customer centric design. Insurance background or used to driving digital strategy in an insurance environment. Taking a customer-led, systemic approach to digital transformation in Insurance. Focus on evaluating and improving digital processes, tools and customer experience and adoption. Inputting to and shaping strategy. Inputting to, shaping and initiating plans and tactical delivery in line with strategy. Ability to: Focus and absorb information quickly (i.e. our digital strategy/plans/backlog. Think critically. Identity priorities/gaps/opportunities. Co-ordination and planning. Stakeholder management and communication Knowledge of Excel, Word and Visio is essential.
