Description
* Manage and oversee the UK service department
* Develop and implement service strategies in line with organisational goals.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Monitor and improve service performance metrics.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Liaise with customers to address service-related concerns and maintain strong relationships.
Profile
As the successful Head of Service you will have:
* A strong background in the HVAC industry.
* Experience in managing and developing people across service operations.
* Proven ability to develop and implement service strategies.
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
