Exciting opportunities await! We are continuously hiring to meet the diverse needs of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND).

Your Role as an SEN/SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring tailored to each student's unique needs.


Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver tailored teaching sessions that engage and inspire.
* Create holistic and interactive learning experiences that advance educational and social-emotional development.
* Document progress through lesson reports and provide constructive feedback.


What We’re Looking For:

* Qualifications: Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, particularly with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
* Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding processes is essential.
* DBS Check: Enhanced DBS required (we can assist with this).
* References: Two professional references needed.
* Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

It’s crucial that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.


Employment Details:

* This role is offered as a Worker position, providing short-term engagements as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
