We are looking for Hunters to identify and acquire creators to the platform. If you've worked in a creator talent acquisition agency, a digital native influencer marketing platform, or similar, to acquire top creators, we want to speak with you.
* Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial/revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms, especially in Sales and Business Development functions. We seek Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.
* Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.
* Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto sectors.
* Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.
* Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.
* Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, revenue-share models, and vertical growth.
* Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.
* Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.
* Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.
* Require strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work across markets and time zones.
