Here, we are continually sharing knowledge and expertise, driven by a passion for user-centred design, critical thinking, and the innovative creation of digital services and products.##As a Management Consultant specialising in Agile Delivery and Coaching, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformational programmes, fostering collaboration, and championing agile practices. **This role encompasses key responsibilities from the Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach positions.**## **3. Scrum Master Responsibilities*** Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, embracing and promoting Scrum values in daily ceremonies and interactions.* Identify and support the Scrum team and stakeholders in dealing with blockers and impediments, emphasising values such as respect and courage.##As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:* Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.* Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.* Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.## **YOUR PROFILE**##We are looking for people with:* Proven experience in undertaking roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles. We welcome candidates from all sectors and markets from public sector organisations to start-ups.* Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across multiple teams and seniority levels.* Familiarity with Agile delivery management and collaboration such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro etc.* Demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead from the front and when to allow teams to self-manage.* You’ll gain exposure to high-profile transformations and gain hands-on exposure to leading technologies.* Our consultants are formally trained by industry experts in consulting and client delivery.
