About the role

You’ll support an experienced Senior Property Lawyer in a busy residential conveyancing team in Leeds. The role involves:

* Assisting with all stages of the conveyancing process using the industry’s leading case management system.
* Being a key point of contact for clients, brokers, estate agents and solicitors.
* Handling case enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring a first‑class customer service experience.
* Preparing and dealing with requisitions, completion statements, invoices and exchange/completion letters.
* Managing detailed telephone notes and maintaining allocated files in good order.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the Senior Property Lawyer to ensure file progression.
* Maintain all allocated files in compliance with SLA and statutory requirements.
* Enhance the client experience using conveyancing systems and technology.
* Liaise with clients, lenders, mortgage brokers and other solicitors.
* Assist with completions and administrative work between exchange and completion.
* Take on extra tasks to help the Property Lawyers/Senior Property Lawyers.
* Work from a task list; follow up prompts and action accordingly.
* Accurately input data into the case management system.


What You’ll Need

* Experience in conveyancing strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
* Experience with case management systems and visual files preferred.
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
