Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams.
* Work closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role.
* Model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.
* Coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical/non‑clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse Adult – current professional qualification (NMC)
* Working at Senior Nurse level
* Understanding of the complexities of multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency working
* A non‑judgmental and compassionate approach
* Existing line management experience and student nurse mentorship
* Experience in a hospital, community or prison environment (not essential but ideal)

Compensation & Working Hours
* Full‑time position
* Annual salary between £51,643 - £58,012 per annum, depending on experience
* About 37.5 hours per week over 4 days, weekdays 7.30am - 5.30pm, weekends 07.15am - 12.00pm
