Shop Manager – Retail (Oxfam GB)

Commercially aware, shop managers continuously identify new business opportunities, motivate their teams, and create a safe and energised work environment. They set high standards, drive results, and manage the business performance.

The role is empowered, varied and busy, offering the chance to work with amazing people. Managers are often the only paid staff, comfortable in a volunteer‑operating model, and valued for their delegation, communication, creativity, and daily outreach to attract new supporters.
