About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and hands‑on Stores Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent people-management skills, and can ensure materials, parts, and stock are controlled efficiently and accurately.
You will be responsible for supervising a small team, maintaining stock integrity, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support a small stores team to deliver high performance
* Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
* Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment
* Develop and implement improvements to stores processes and workflows
* Liaise with internal departments
* Produce accurate stock and inventory reports
* Ensure all materials and equipment are handled in line with company policies and health & safety requirements
About You
* Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory role
* Strong team leadership or supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Good IT skills (e.g., inventory systems, MS Office)
* High attention to detail with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of health & safety practices in a stores/warehouse environment.

08.00 – 16.30
