The Role Branta Recruitment is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our client’s busy facilities support helpdesk team. This is a key role where you’ll act as the first point of contact for logging, allocating, and monitoring maintenance and service requests across a portfolio of commercial sites. You will provide essential administrative and customer support while ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are managed efficiently and in line with service standards.
