We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Legal Secretary with extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our legal team, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to solicitors specializing in conveyancing.
2. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
3. Handle and process Land Registry applications, SDLT submissions, and mortgage documentation.
4. Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
5. Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals.
