Job Advert Bank Administration Assistant Hours: Flexible, Zero-hour contract Location: Ashtead Hospital, Surrey The role: We are looking for a Bank Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashtead Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. We will provide support and training to enable you to support all the hospital administration areas, including Outpatient Bookings, Reception and Medical Records. This position offers a real opportunity to develop and hone skills across a wide variety of different administrative areas. What you will bring: Experience in a front facing or customer service role Strong IT skills Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills Positive, willing attitude Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
