Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic New Business Developer for our Consultancy Services based in Bolton. This hybrid role involves generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting our sales team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Prospecting: Research potential clients via LinkedIn, industry databases, and online sources.
2. Lead Qualification: Assess inbound and outbound leads based on criteria to determine fit.
3. Cold Outreach: Create personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and make calls to engage prospects.
4. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers for the sales team.
5. Lead Nurturing: Develop campaigns to build relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
6. CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities.
7. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
8. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads to meet sales targets.
9. Data Reporting: Create reports and dashboards for sales performance.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services or M&A sector.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
* Track record of increasing sales.
