Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support their financial advisers and ensure the seamless operation of their client services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial planning processes and exhibit excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage client reviews using Intelligent Office (IO) software.
Process new business submissions and handle existing business administration.
Identify and rectify gaps in client information.
Liaise confidently with clients and financial product providers.
Answer incoming calls and manage client communications effectively.
Prepare, print, bind, and dispatch client reports and documentation.
Scan and manage incoming mail and documentation.
Provide general administrative support, including occasional hospitality duties for client meetings.
