Residential/Commercial Audio Visual (AV) Business Development Manager \n\nAre you an experienced business development professional with a passion for Audio Visual (AV) solutions? Do you have a proven track record of growing clientele, expanding revenue streams, and driving business success in the residential and commercial AV sectors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nClient Acquisition & Relationship Building\n\nIdentify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within both residential and commercial markets.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnerships.\nConduct market research to identify industry trends and potential opportunities for growth.\nAttend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads and raise brand awareness.Revenue Growth & Strategic Planning\n\nDrive revenue generation through a combination of direct sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships.\nDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.\nCreate tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs and close deals effectively.\nCollaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions post-sale.Collaboration & Reporting\n\nWork closely with internal teams including engineering, design, and project management to ensure customer satisfaction.\nProvide regular reports and updates on sales progress, market trends, and client feedback to senior leadership.Skills & Experience Required:\n\nEssential:\n\nProven experience in business development and sales within the residential or commercial AV, technology, or related industries.\nStrong understanding of AV technologies, including but not limited to home automation, AV control, and audio solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to acquire new clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in an accessible way.\nHighly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets.\nStrong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to sales.Desirable:\n\nExisting network of contacts within the residential or commercial AV sectors.\nExperience working with high-end residential clients or large commercial projects.\nKnowledge of project management and the full lifecycle of AV solution deployment.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
