About the Role As a Vehicle Painter, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality paint and body repairs, ensuring every vehicle is finished to franchised dealership standards. You’ll take real pride in your work, balancing precision, efficiency and quality to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include: Completing all paint and bodywork to the highest possible standard Working efficiently to agreed timescales while maintaining strong productivity Ensuring vehicles are fully prepared, painted, finished and quality‑checked Contributing to an exceptional customer experience with every repair completed About You To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in all aspects of paint preparation Strong knowledge of water‑based paint techniques A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced bodyshop environment You must have previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop setting and hold a full UK driving licence.
