Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500 - £25,000pa
* Lead the day-to-day operation on the reception desk to deliver the agreed service levels and manage the overall workload.
* Support the team with any escalations on the day and monitor/audit the delivery of work being completed.
* Support the manager with the day-to-day operation, training and other administrative task that occur.
* Take ownership of the training for the department and make sure we have a clear training plan that all our colleagues / new starters have been through. Continually monitor colleague’s performance to make sure this is being adhered to.

* Whilst Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge
* Excellent customer services skills
* Strong Administration and organisational skills with problem solving ability
* Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel
* Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
* You must have the current legal right to work in the UK.
