We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Junior Graphic Designer. Crafting designs and content for various media platforms such as print and digital, encompassing marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and digital ads. Provide support to the senior designers across diverse design tasks as needed. Collaborate with the senior designers in prioritising ongoing projects and maintaining effective stakeholder communication. Create regular email campaigns with MailChimp Working to project deadlines, ensuring consistency and accuracy Adhere to established brand guidelines Engage with internal and external stakeholders Aid in designing templates, specifications, mark-ups, and proofing processes. Stay abreast of the latest design tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance skill sets and productivity. Requirements: Previous experience in similar role with relevant degree or qualifications in design Portfolio showcasing previous design work, demonstrating creativity and technical skills Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, complemented by expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of CCS/HTML5 and Dreamweaver is an advantage Experience of using animation software is desirable Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a flexible and efficient work approach.
