We are looking to recruit a Portfolio Sales Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will manage existing accounts and develop new ones, attend meetings with both new and existing clients to support current contracts and explore new business opportunities. You will maintain strong relationships with clients and work closely with operational teams. You will have personal targets to meet and exceed. We seek a dynamic individual with market knowledge, tenacity, proactive account management skills, and the ability to secure new business. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive and maximize portfolio growth through strategic sales planning
Develop a strong sales pipeline and secure new service contracts
Convert newly installed lifts (PCM) to ongoing service contracts before warranty ends
Upsell Schindler’s digital services to new and existing customers
Renegotiate existing contracts before renewal, improving profitability
Support complex service contracts and large tenders
Conduct customer visits and presentations
Monitor and manage discount levels
Participate in budgeting and forecasting for service sales
Monitor portfolio development and implement sales processes and tools
Manage annual portfolio price increases
Assist branches with process and tool questions
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Investigate root causes of cancellations or losses
Adhere to company core values and safety policies
Candidate Requirements:
Positive self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude, experienced in generating leads and closing sales
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships at all levels
Proven success in new business sales within service contract environments
Results-driven with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively under pressure
Experience with SAP and CRM systems is advantageous
Full Irish driving license and willingness to travel
Experience as an account manager in the lift industry is preferred
