1. Basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience

What you'll be doing as aProperty Managerat butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley
15. Booking and conducting property inspections
16. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
17. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
18. Deposit returns
19. Resolving rental arrears
20. Processing eviction requests
21. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
22. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
23. Managing complaints
24. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

25. Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
26. Outstanding customer service
