Consists of: basic salary range of £18000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience, and additional £6000 earnings expected through uncapped commission

What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at butters john bee Estate Agents in Hanley
13. Booking and conducting property inspections
14. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
15. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
16. Deposit returns
17. Resolving rental arrears
18. Processing eviction requests
19. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
20. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
21. Managing complaints
22. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
