Job Summary • The Global MarCom & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering on the digital communication activities around New product launches, from Stage 4 to Stage 7 in Launch Excellence process, medical education and product advertising. • The Global MarCom & Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with the regional and local marketing leaders to centralize their needs for commercial execution and support their sales performance achievement via an omnichannel communication approach. • The Global MarCom & Digital Marketing Manager have regular interaction with its respective Global Product Manager – Downstream to ensure the digital communication roadmap is aligned with the product promotional objective. Duties and Responsibilities • Understand end-to-end customer (HCP and Patient) experience with our AWC brands and ensure appropriated touch points. • Translate the technical verbatim of AWC product offering into an engaging storytelling, sizable to deploy in various digital channels (CvT or external). • Enable the gathering of customers and patients’ insights about their wound challenges to support better messaging and ultimately communication via snackable digital bite size content • Build and define our AWC storytelling and AWC Marcom strategy and plan and Global congress EWMA delivery. • Support Global Product Managers to develop brand’s value prop and key messages • Establish content management and coordinate Medical Education, in coordination with the Medical team • Build the omnichannel strategy and activity plan for each major AWC brand or disease area and execute on it. • Build and track audience and impact metrics. Define the best digital media(s) to invest on for ROI optimization • Drive globalization of assets and enable local deployment minimizing the local resources needed working closely with MACA team • Share insights and needs from the AWC BU to COE for integration during the design of adequate digital solutions. • Share local and Global best practice on digital communication for AWC BU. • Any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties. Travel Requirements Position may involve travel up to 20% of the time if and when safe to do so, but overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
