Blackmont Consulting is a student-led, non-profit organisation dedicated to connecting aspiring professionals with real-world consulting experience. We provide free advisory services to non-profits, social enterprises, and start-ups, giving our members the opportunity to work on impactful projects while developing their skills for future careers.

About the Programme
This is a professional development and training programme for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on consulting experience.
You will:
* Work on live projects in teams of 4–6.
* Contribute to real business challenges for client organisations.
* Build skills in market research, strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Please note:
Blackmont operates as a non-profit and does not charge clients for our services. To cover operational costs such as the website, software, and training resources, participants contribute a
£25/month membership fee
for the first two months.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market trend research and make strategic recommendations.
* Develop solutions for complex client challenges.
* Carry out industry and competitor analysis.
* Perform financial modelling and performance analysis.
* Present findings and recommendations to team members and client stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
* Current university students or recent graduates (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD).
* Strong interest in consulting, business, or related fields.
* Able to commit 7–10 hours per week for at least 3 months.
* Organised, collaborative, and eager to learn.
* Prior work experience is welcome but not essential.
