About the Role
A rapidly growing, private equity-backed insurance broking group is looking for a **Group IT Operations Analyst** to join its IT team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the integration of newly acquired businesses into the existing IT environment, ensuring smooth transitions from acquisition to day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver IT projects aligned with the companys strategic goals. A solid background in IT operations and experience with Microsoft products is essential.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of IT integration for acquired businesses, from initial assessment to operational handover.
Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and business units.
Coordinate project tasks, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.
Ensure successful transfer of IT systems into business-as-usual support, including training and documentation for service desk teams.
Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with IT colleagues.
Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Experience in IT operations or delivering IT projects, ideally in a multi-site or group environment.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and service management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the business.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and familiarity with common IT management solutions.
