As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team at Cowick to coordinate efficient operation and communication of all requirements of the quality management system.
Who We’re Looking For
* A Levels or equivalent, with solid training in quality systems and audits
* Hands-on experience in maintaining quality management systems (QMS)
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement activities
* Proven auditing expertise
* Auditor certification
* Organised and able to operate independently
* Confident communicator able to influence across all levels of the organisation
What You’ll Be Doing

* To maintain a full range of quality risk and control programmes and procedures. This may involve some form of problem solving to implement regulator, industry body, group Quality requirements
* Coordinate training and communication of quality changes required as part of regulatory or management system (ISO9001) requirements
* Coordinate audit plan for site to ensure compliance and continuous improvements
* Act as the primary point of contact for external audits
* Initial point of contact for communication and advice regarding quality activities on site
* To maintain and improve quality management systems as part of Plan, Do, Check Act cycle
* Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) using Intelex
* Facilitate meetings to investigate adverse events to their root cause
* Investigate and respond to complaints through to closure in line with internal KPI’s
* Compile QA reports for management review meetings
* Oversee the document control system
* Maintain the QA SharePoint page
