Jessie Advisory is a growing London based business consultancy working with CEOs, Business founders and high net worth individuals across the UK and internationally. We host exclusive events, provide VIP business consultancy and are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a reliable, sharp and proactive Admin Assistant to work directly alongside our founder in person in the Holland Park and Hammersmith area.
About the Role
This is not a typical admin role. You will be working hand in hand with the founder on everything that drives the business forward. If it helps the business grow, you will be involved in it.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Listing and managing event tickets across multiple platforms and ticketing companies.
Reaching out to marketing agencies, PR contacts, influencers and media outlets.
Supporting marketing campaigns and social media activity.
Messaging CEOs, founders and business professionals on behalf of the company.
Researching and identifying new growth opportunities.
Arranging meetings and managing communications.
General admin and day to day operational support.
What We Are Looking For
A few years (at least 2-3) of experience in an admin, PA/sales role.
Local to Holland Park or Hammersmith.
Highly organised, self motivated and takes initiative without being chased.
A genuine entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to be part of something growing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
