What's on your plate?
Account Management
You will establish a name for yourself as the go-to person to our new and existing Enterprise & Maritime customers by making and implementing a communication plan presenting our wide range of solutions of products and services to our targeted key stakeholders of the said companies. You should understand the challenges that our customers are facing and provide them answers based on your clear understanding of our existing offerings. You will manage the sales process from beginning to end – from onboarding our customers to after-sales customer management.
Solution Selling
You’re responsible for the whole sales cycle, starting from understanding customer requirements, making solutions, creating and providing quotes, closing sales orders, down to handing over all sales information with 100% accuracy to our implementation teams based in the Netherlands. You must be able to ‘own’ the whole sales cycle, work it from start to finish, and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
New Business Development
Develop new opportunities from new leads, either through your own network, referrals or from our own marketing efforts like campaigns and events. You should be able to get our new customers excited about our services, educate them on our products, and turn them into long-term satisfied customers.
Excellent Collaborator
You will be working closely with our Head of Sales – Enterprise & Maritime, Solution Engineer, Service Delivery Coordinator, Procurement Manager, Sales Coordinator, Finance, and third-party business partners about technical product presentations and presales briefings that will equip you when meeting customers.
If you-
* are customer-centric and sales-driven (commission-based), detail-oriented, organized, and have a hands-on approach to solution-building for our customers and business partners
* have excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal to get the message across to the targeted audience
* have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferable in Enterprise and/or Maritime industry)
* have a bachelor’s degree
* have familiarity in the IT/Telecom sector services and IP networking are not a must, but highly advantageous

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious National Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most important Grocer & High Street Health national retailers, playing a critical role in growing these accounts from early success to large scale.
This role is ideal for someone has experience in managing national retail accounts before – preferably both grocery and high street health retailers - and has a strong track record in driving growth and success.
You’ll lead the day-to-day management of key national accounts, keeping on top of performance, developing joint business plans and have a strong worth ethic required to keep the business performing at the highest level.
You’ll be confident working with forecasts, data and excel models, with an attention to detail required to identify and deliver on growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Growth
* Own and manage our growing grocery and high street health retail accounts
* Build and deliver joint business plans with retail partners to unlock long-term growth
* Lead all promotional planning, working closely with marketing and supply chain to ensure aligned execution
* Work closely with the Category Manager to ensure commercial growth is aligned with the business channel strategy
* Assist the Commercial Director in managing the retail P&L, hitting our fast-growth targets
* Monitor EPOS and inventory data to optimise sales performance
* Regularly liaise with retail buyers and supply teams to strengthen relationships and capitalise on opportunities
* Identify and execute new opportunities to grow range, merchandising and secondary space opportunities
2. Forecasting & Commercial Planning
* Lead forecasting and demand planning for national accounts, integrating into company-wide processes
* Track and report performance data to identify issues, opportunities, and growth actions
* Prepare commercial analysis and insight to support accurate production planning
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience managing national UK retail accounts, ideally across both grocery & high street health
· Proven track record of growing accounts from small base to category leader
· Highly organised and detail-oriented, willing and able to manage the administrative aspects of account management for the first phase of the role
· Excellent commercial acumen and confidence owning the P&L
· Skilled in Excel, forecasting and data analysis
· Confident communicator and relationship builder, internally and externally
