Health Care Support Worker – Adult Community Mental Health Services, Bishop's Stortford
The post holder will undertake physical health checks and wellbeing assessments for people with severe mental health illness. The role involves promoting healthy lifestyles, assisting people to access support to recover from their physical and mental health problems, and maintaining recovery. The post holder will also support the locality in ensuring the Severe Mental Illness (SMI) registers are updated.
Qualifications
Must hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes, including business insurance. This requirement is waived if you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
